How do I register and begin using OrderLunches.com?
Please refer to the parent instructions provided by your school.  If you did not receive instructions please contact your school administrator or email support@orderlunches.com

Why have I not received my confirmation e-mail?
Please confirm the following information:
1. Verify that you have entered the correct email address during registration
2. Please check your “Junk Email” or “Spam email” folders
3. If you are unable to find your confirmation e-mail, please contact Customer Support via e-mail at support@orderlunches.com or via telephone at 800-381-6511

I forgot my username and password. How can I get this information?
Your username is your personal e-mail address you used when registering. If you have forgotten your password please click the "forgot your username or password” link and a new temporary password will be sent to your email.  You can also contact Support at support@orderlunches.com or 800-381-6511

How do I add additional students at a later date?
Students can be added by going to the "Profiles" link once you have signed in.

How can I view my schools lunch menu?
Once you have signed in, make sure your child’s name is selected and click the “view school menu” link at the bottom of the calendar.   This will allow you to view the items on the menu for each day. 

I have more than one child so can I pay for all of their lunch orders at once?
Yes, orderlunches.com provides a customized shopping cart that allows you to order for multiple students and pay the grand total at  checkout

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and bank check cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo.  We also accept personal checks if they are allowed by your school.  

Can I store my credit card?
Yes, orderlunches.com allows you to store a credit card for use on future purchases.  When you’re checking out, simply check the box that asks “save credit card information for future purchases.”  If you do not want your credit card information saved, leave the box unchecked and your information will not be saved.  

How can I view the lunches I have purchased?
After you sign in and select your child’s name, you will automatically see a calendar with the lunches you have already purchased for that child.  Additionally, you can select the Order History tab to view purchases.  Simply click the small red arrows to view the details of each order.     

Can I review my payment history?
Yes, please go to the Order History tab once you have signed in. To view the details of each order, click the small red arrows. 

How do I change or cancel lunches that have already been purchased?
Changing or canceling orders can be made if you are within the grace period designated by your school. You have the capability to change or cancel meals that have been purchased by logging in and clicking ‘edit’ on the menu calendar to unselect the meals that can still be changed.  Credits for meals that are unselected are stored in our database and will be applied to your next meal order.  If your school allows payment by check, you cannot edit or cancel your order until your check is approved.

What is the policy for receiving a refund for lunches that have already been purchased and not used?
Please refer to the parent instructions provided by your school for your specific refund policy.  Please note that credits are not typically issued for missed lunches due to illness or field trips. Please be sure to check your school calendar before processing lunch orders. Orderlunches.com reserves the right to assess additional handling fees for manual credit processes that are due to customer error.
Credits issued by orderlunches.com and not used to purchase additional meals can be refunded by providing a request and submitting it to support@orderlunches.com. Please note credits will only be processed within the current school year and will not carry over into the following school year(s)

Will you share my personal information?
No. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information

What do you do with my transaction?
We use it solely to conduct business on your behalf with your school, school caterer or school food vendors

How secure is my online transaction?
The highest available – we offer 128 bit encryption with SSL / secure socket layer processed through GeoTrust, one of  the most trusted names in online payment solutions

Is there a Service Fee for using this system?
orderlunches.com is a service that is provided to assist schools with online lunch menu, payment and distribution management. If you are required to pay a fee, you will be notified of the exact amount prior to finalizing your payment

What if my school doesn't participate?
If your school has not signed up with orderlunches.com, you will not be able to use this service. Please contact your school’s lunch program coordinator or PTO and ask them to contact us for more information on how to sign up

What happens if I select meals but do not process my payment?
Orders left in the shopping cart will NOT be processed or delivered to the student.  They will remain in the cart until you purchase or remove them. 

If I pay by personal check where do I send my check for payment?
Please refer to your parent instructions or contact your school’s lunch coordinator.  Please note that not all schools accept payment by check. 

What happens if I pay by personal check but do not send my check to the school?
Your payment by personal check must be received within the time frame noted on the parent instructions that were sent to you or call your school administrator for more detailed information

Who do I call if I have any questions about the food service?
If you have any questions regarding your food service, please contact the person designated on your parent instructions.  If you have any questions regarding the online ordering system, please contact Support at support@orderlunches.com or 800-381-6511

Who determines the price of the meals?
School meal prices are set by each school, not by orderlunches.com. As a result, meal prices and choices may vary by each school. You can view the meal prices for your school by viewing the school menu.

Why is a processing fee added to the price of each meal order?
Orderlunches.com is a service that is offered to schools and/or their food service provider to better manage their school meal program.  Our online service provides online menu, ordering and payment solutions to parents and guardians while automating the administrative, distribution and reporting requirements for school administrators

A nominal per meal processing fee may be charged by orderlunches.com so that we may continue to provide our customers with cutting edge school meal solutions

Is there a minimum order fee?
A minimum order fee may be assessed for purchases under $25.00

What is a checkout fee?
A checkout fee may be assessed by your school and would appear as a specific dollar amount that is paid upon checkout.  The checkout fee may be in addition to other fees all of which have been determined by your school

What is an annual registration fee?
An annual registration fee is a one time per family fee per school year
